WARRANTY
The Warranty Coverage applies to Armstrong products from date of original purchase as follows:
Foils and Hardware: 12 Months
Boards: 6 Months
Wings: 6 Months
Accessories: 6 Months
Armstrong is only responsible for replacing products in new and unused condition at time of original sale that are deemed to be defective in terms of materials or workmanship.
All claims must be emailed to info@armstrongfoils.com.
All claims must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice, the name of the retailer or dealer and date of original purchase, and a clear explanation and clear dated photos of the product(s) pertaining to the claim(s).
Armstrong reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty once the requested documentation has been received and reviewed. If a product(s) is deemed to be defective and is covered under warranty, Armstrong will cover all applicable shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Armstrong only refunds the return of products sold at regular price. All products must be in new and unused condition. Discounted products sold at sale price are not eligible for refund.
Shipping
Armstrong does not allow for order cancellations and refunds for product(s) purchased directly from armstrongfoils.com due to issues of or related to customs clearance, including delays, holds, and/or import charges.
Armstrong requires packages that are deemed damaged at time of receipt of delivery to be rejected with the courier or to be reported to info@armstrongfoils.com within a period of 24-hours following receipt of delivery. Armstrong assumes that a product(s) that has not been rejected or reported has been received in the condition in which it was dispatched at time of original purchase.
General Warranty Terms:
The Warranty herein is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Warranty herein only applies to Armstrong product(s) that are deemed to be defective by Armstrong International Limited with respect to materials and workmanship, which may result in action by Armstrong International Limited in the form or repair or replacement of the defective product(s) only. The Warranty period for a repair or replacement product(s) is associated with the original product and, ergo, effective as of the date of original purchase. The Warranty herein only applies to product(s) that are used as intended and instructed by Armstrong.
The Warranty herein does not apply to: (a) damage caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation or heat, including but not limited to sun exposure; (b) damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to, improper handling and storage; (c) damage caused by use of third-party or aftermarket components with Armstrong products, including, but not limited to, foils, masts, fuses, tails, shims, any accompanying hardware, bladders, valves, leash systems, and handle accessories; (d) removal or defacing of serial number or production number form the product; (e) theft or loss; (f) unauthorized repair.
Armstrong reserves the right to determine applicability of the Warranty herein, which may require review of photos of any given defects in materials or workmanship and accompanying documentation, including, but not limited to, original purchase receipt. The claimant is required to send photos and accompanying documentation to the Armstrong dealer that the product(s) was purchased from, or directly to Armstrong at info@armstrongfoils.com for product(s) purchased directly from armstrongfoils.com.
Specific Warranty Terms:
Foils and Hardware – 12 Months
Armstrong warrants foils and accompanying hardware against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. The Warranty herein does not apply to: (a) damage caused by UV radiation or heat, including but not limited to sun exposure; (b) damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to, improper handling and storage; (c) damage caused by use of third-party or aftermarket components with Armstrong products, including, but not limited to, foils, masts, fuses, tails, shims, and any accompanying hardware; (d) removal or defacing of serial number or production number form the product; (e) theft or loss; (f) unauthorized repair.
Boards – 6 Months
Armstrong warrants boards against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. The Warranty herein does not apply to: (a) damage caused by UV radiation or heat, including but not limited to sun exposure; (b) damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to, improper handling and storage; (c) damage caused by use of third-party or aftermarket hardware with Armstrong products, including, but not limited to, masts, foot straps, or related accessories; (d) removal or defacing of serial number or production number form the product; (e) theft or loss; (f) unauthorized repair.
Wings – 6 Months
Armstrong warrants wings against defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. The Warranty herein does not apply to: (a) damage caused by UV radiation or heat, including but not limited to sun exposure; (b) damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to, improper handling and storage and over-inflation (more than the stated pounds per square inch (PSI) of pressure; (c) damage caused by use of third-party or aftermarket components with Armstrong products, including, but not limited to, bladders, valves, leash systems, and handle accessories; (d) removal or defacing of serial number or production number form the product; (e) theft or loss; (f) unauthorized repair.
Accessories – 6 Months
Armstrong warrants accessories, which does not include any branded merchandise or products otherwise stated as miscellaneous products, against defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. The Warranty herein does not apply to: (a) damage caused by UV radiation or heat, including but not limited to sun exposure; (b) damage caused by normal wear-and-tear, accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, including but not limited to, improper handling and storage; (c) damage caused by use of third-party or aftermarket components with Armstrong products; (d) removal or defacing of serial number or production number form the product; (e) theft or loss; (f) unauthorized repair.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENT
The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims.
The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible.
All claims must be accompanied with a clear explanation and clear dated photographs of the item deemed to have Manufacturing or Material defect.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the warranty specified herein.
Warranty claims must be processed and be issued a return authorization prior to shipping to the Armstrong dealer the product was purchased from.
Armstrong Foils reserves the right to determine if a product will be covered under warranty once all the documentation has been received.
We only replace items if they are defective. All claims must be emailed to info@armstrongfoils.com
Once images and/or the return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the required information. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
Shipping
99% of deliveries are trouble free. We do not offer refunds due to customs clearance issues. We will assist in every way possible, but cannot accept a cancelled order if your customs port imposes delays or extra charges on product purchased. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Receiving deliveries
When signing for the packages, we suggest you open the boxes face to face to check whether the packages are in good condition. If you find any abnormal conditions such as damage to the outer boxes, please reject the packages immediately. If you are indeed unable to open the packages for inspection immediately or have neglected to check the details, please give us feedback on the abnormal situation within 24 hours after the parcel is signed for, otherwise, the logistics insurance will be invalidated beyond this time, we will consider that you have received the goods in good condition by default and Armstrong will no longer be responsible for such logistics abnormalities.
