Every Armstrong product is assigned a unique serial number to help with warranty registration, product identification, and customer support. Depending on the product, the serial number may be located in a different position and can appear as an engraved code, printed label, or barcode stitched in. This guide will help you quickly locate the serial number across our range of boards, foils, wings, and accessories.

Boards

Depending on the production year, serial numbers can be found in two locations. Older boards feature an engraved serial number between the foil tracks or toward the tail, while newer boards have the serial number engraved inside the foil track. A light may be needed to see it clearly.

 

Wings

The serial number barcode is stitched into the canopy above the strut, near where the strut connects to the canopy.

 

Front Foils

The serial number is located on the underside of the front foil where the fuselage connects.

 

Stabilizers

The serial number is located on the flat mounting surface where the stabilizer meets the fuselage, along the trailing edge.

 

Fuselage

On both Titanium Core and Alloy Fuselages, the serial number is engraved between the stabilizer mounting screw holes on the stabilizer connection end.

 

Carbon Masts

The serial number is engraved on the trailing edge of the mast top. Depending on lighting conditions, a torch or angled light may help make it visible.

 

Integrated Carbon Masts

The serial number is located inside the mast top behind the carbon access panel. Remove the four screws and panel to access it.

 

Alloy Mast and Parts

Alloy Mast Top Plate – The serial number is engraved on the underside of the top plate toward the trailing edge.

Alloy Mast Bottom Bracket – The serial number is engraved on the edge of the bracket insert on the leading edge side.

Alloy Mast – The serial number is engraved near the top of the mast, centered on one side.
