Guy Bridge made headlines as he set off from Devon and foiled his way 400km along the UK’s south coast, finishing in Folkestone after navigating tidal races, shipping lanes, shifting forecasts, heavy seaweed and some properly wild open water conditions. With Emma Bridge backing him from land, handling logistics, safety, filming and the all-important feeds, the mission came together. 19 hours and 48 minutes on the water, powered by skill and grit; it was an epic reminder of what’s possible on a foil.
